Used for attaching subplates and assemblies. The sliding bar is attached to the removable panel and the post is mounted to the stationary support. In the closed position, the spring action of the bar resists opening under vibration and shock load. The removable panel thickness must be between .046" and .160" (spacers may be needed and are included with each latch). The post can be attached with rivets, screw and nut or wood screw. Each piece comes with post and bar assembly. Made from steel, zinc plated with yellow chromate finish.
